Emily Wildes is a managing director in the healthcare investment banking group at Piper Sandler where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on private equity-backed sell-side transactions.

Over her career, Wildes has successfully completed more than 85 transactions, representing aggregate transaction value in excess of $14 billion. Wildes focuses her coverage efforts on healthcare services, with a strong track record of executing transactions in the provider-based services and healthcare distribution sub-industries. Within provider-based services, Wildes has worked with leading for-profit companies in the following spaces: ambulatory surgery centers, physical therapy clinics, specialty physician practices, dialysis centers, substance abuse treatment clinics and home health. Prior to joining the healthcare group in 2006, Wildes was an analyst in Piper Sandler's convertible securities group where she specialized in public and private convertible financings as well as convertible restructurings.

Wildes graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in finance.
