Neeraj Chugh

Neeraj Chugh is a managing director and member of the Piper Sandler consumer investment banking team, focused on providing M&A and capital markets advisory services to direct-to-consumer brands and retailers.

Chugh has more than 12 years of M&A and capital markets advisory experience. He previously served in increasing levels of responsibility at UBS, J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank, respectively. Additionally, Chugh served as an investment professional at TZP Group, a middle market private equity firm based in New York.

Chugh received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and bachelor's degree in finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
