HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 2018-- Formerly Simmons & Company International®, Energy Specialists of Piper Jaffray®, Simmons Energy | A Division of Piper Jaffray℠ (“Simmons”) today announced a corporate rebranding. The Simmons Energy division offers energy sector specific securities products and investment banking services through the broker/dealer affiliates of Piper Jaffray Companies.

On Monday, October 29, 2018, in connection with the Houston office move to 609 Main in downtown Houston, the division will open its doors as Simmons Energy. The rebrand will be reflected with an updated divisional website and logo.

The Simmons Energy | A Division of Piper Jaffray brand not only highlights its prominence within Piper Jaffray, but also reaffirms the division’s commitment to servicing domestic and international clients in the energy services and equipment, upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.
