Mark Ingram is a director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler.

Previously, he was a managing director at Sandler O'Neill Mortgage Finance L.P. Ingram’s career spans 30 years, including previous work at Union Planters Bank, National Bank of Commerce and Germantown Trust Savings Bank.

Ingram joined Sandler O’Neill Mortgage Finance in 1993 and served as a senior portfolio analyst since 2001. He was responsible for assisting with asset valuations and cumulative loss estimates in connection with the prospective acquisition of financial institutions, capital raising activities and portfolio restructuring. Within portfolio restructuring, he assisted with developing strategies for clients on residential whole loan sales, residential securitizations, commercial real estate/multi-family whole loan sales, consumer secured whole loan sales, and non-performing asset sales. He also assisted with contract negotiations for securitizations and whole loan sales.

Ingram received a bachelor’s degree in commerce and business administration - finance from the University of Alabama.
