Vention Medical’s advanced technologies division is a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of minimally invasive interventional delivery devices, catheters and advanced components for the global medical technology market. The company operates 10 facilities across the U.S., Europe and Israel. Advanced technologies is a division of Vention Medical, a globally-integrated solutions provider of complex medical devices and components, as well as design and engineering services.

Founded in 1996, KRG Capital Partners is a private equity firm based in Denver, Colorado. KRG Capital Partners focuses on growing and innovative “best-in-class” middle market companies. Over its history, KRG Capital Partners has deployed over $4.0 billion of equity in over 200 transactions, including approximately $1.2 billion of equity from closely aligned co-investors.
