Adam Mandel is a managing director at Piper Sandler. He is the head of corporate credit trading and operates as a credit salesperson at the firm. In this role, Mandel is responsible for managing the firm’s corporate credit exposure, and he focuses on the distribution of the product.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Mandel worked at Sandler O'Neill and was an integral part of the firm’s credit business since he joined in 2001. Mandel also previously held various credit business positions at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, including trading and capital markets roles.

Mandel graduated from Union College with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He serves on the board of the Joe Namath Golf Classic Foundation and has held several leadership positions with the March of Dimes.
