Leslie Richartz is a managing director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler.
Previously, she was a principal of Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P., where she was responsible for planning and executing the firm’s conferences and events.
In her work supporting each of Sandler O’Neill’s business lines, Richartz played a key role in the firm’s client service and marketing efforts. She also worked closely with the firm’s administrative and technology groups. In addition, Richartz provides oversight on administrative matters and special projects, such as office construction and relocation.
Richartz joined Sandler O’Neill in 1989 after working in marketing at The Perrier Group and sales at Cadbury Schweppes Inc. She was named a principal in 2003.
Richartz holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Smith College.
