Alan Fredian

Alan Fredian is a director in the healthcare investment banking group at Piper Sandler, focusing on the healthcare services sector. Fredian joined the firm in 2025 with experience advising on a broad range of assignments, including buy side and sell side M&A transactions, capital raises and restructurings.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Fredian was a vice president in the global healthcare investment banking group at Baird where he focused on M&A advisory and capital raising opportunities across healthcare services. Fredian has spent over 10 years focused on healthcare services on both the investment banking and private equity sides of the table.

Fredian earned a dual bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in accounting and finance.
