Ash Mehta

Ash Mehta is a managing director in the public finance group based in Arizona. Mehta joined Piper Sandler in 2026 and brings more than two decades of experience in financial services, with a strong foundation in business development and a demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships in senior producer roles. His expertise over more than two decades spans mutual funds, real estate and private equity, with a dedicated focus since 2020 on investment management solutions for municipal entities, experience that translates directly to the needs of our Arizona clients.

A proud Arizona resident of 28 years, Mehta holds a degree in business and political science from the University of Arizona and a Master of Business Administration degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Outside the office, he is an avid golfer, hiker and cyclist who enjoys time with his wife and family.
