Austin Anderson

Austin Anderson is a director in the healthcare investment banking group at Piper Sandler. Anderson is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office, where he focuses on the medical technology sector. Anderson works with clients across a full range of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side M&A for private and public companies, corporate divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs, follow-ons, strategic advisory, private debt & equity placement and convertible debt financing.

Prior to rejoining Piper Sandler, Anderson served as an associate at Mountaingate Capital. Anderson previously worked as a healthcare investment banking analyst at Piper Sandler.

Anderson received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Iowa State University.
