Bill Lenich

Bill Lenich oversees execution on the program trading desk at Piper Sandler, joining the firm through the 2019 acquisition of Weeden & Co., where he held the same role.

Lenich joined Weeden in 2001 after graduating from Colby College. He chairs the Piper Sandler Best Execution Committee, develops our algorithmic strategies and drives best practices for the sales and trading teams. Additionally, Lenich works closely with Piper Sandler technology developers to build and enhance proprietary OMS and EMS systems.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colby College.
