Brandon Rice

Brandon Rice is co-head of healthcare investment banking at Piper Sandler. Rice was previously managing director in the healthcare investment banking group, focused on M&A advisory and capital markets transactions for disruptive medical technology companies. Rice has extensive experience in strategic and capital markets transactions, having executed over 30 M&A deals and more than 80 equity and debt offerings. He is based out of our New York office. 

Prior to joining Piper Sandler in 2023, Rice spent 17 years at Bank of America Securities, most recently as a managing director in their global healthcare investment banking group. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in 2006, prior to its merger with Bank of America Securities. 

Rice is a graduate of the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business.
