Carlos Sanchez

Carlos Sanchez is co-head of consumer investment banking at Piper Sandler. Sanchez is a managing director in the consumer investment banking team and head of consumer M&A, focused on providing M&A advisory to companies across consumer verticals. He has over 17 years of investment banking experience, including mergers and acquisitions as well as public and private capital raising. In his career, he has completed more than 100 advisory and capital raising transactions and was named Food/Beverage Banker of the Year in 2018 by The Deal.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Sanchez worked in management consulting and as a finance manager at an emerging high technology.

Sanchez received a bachelor’s degree in business from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
