Dan Gilligan

Daniel Gilligan is a managing director in the Piper Sandler restructuring group, TRS Advisors.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Gilligan was a managing director at TRS Advisors, having joined in 2018. He has more than 20 years of experience in providing financial advice to clients involved in distressed situations, including spending 14 years as a member of the restructuring advisory team at Rothschild, based in New York.

Gilligan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston College.
