Jarrad Evans

Jarrad Evans is a managing director in the hospitality finance investment banking group. Evans joined Piper Sandler in 2023 and has over 25 years of investment, development and management experience in the hospitality and leisure industries, including branded and independent hotels, resorts, condominium hotels, convention and conference centers, as well as golf, business and social clubs. Evans specializes in raising debt and equity for new-build hotels and resorts, as well as raising capital for single-asset and portfolio acquisitions, refinancings and recapitalizations. Evans has completed over $26 billion in acquisition and development financing across the nation.

Before joining Piper Sandler, Evans served as chief investment officer for Remington Hotels. Before that, he served as senior vice president in business development and strategy for Benchmark, a global hospitality company; vice president in acquisitions for ClubCorp; and vice president in business development for Troon.

Evans earned his Master of Business Administration degree at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and his bachelor's degree in journalism at the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.
