Jason Arnold

Jason Arnold is a managing director in the Piper Sandler global healthcare investment banking group. He has over 20 years of experience advising healthcare companies across the United States and Europe. He has completed more than 100 transactions including mergers and acquisitions, public equity offerings and private financings, serving public and private clients globally.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Arnold was a partner and managing director at William Blair, where he spent approximately 16 years in its healthcare investment banking group. He began his career at Ernst & Young in 2004.

Arnold holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
