John Plantemoli

John Plantemoli is a director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler, based in New York. His responsibilities include advising and executing on a broad range of strategic advisory initiatives, focusing on M&A and capital raising for U.S. depository institutions.
 
In his roles as part of the investment banking team, Plantemoli has assisted clients on over $35.0 billion in merger and acquisition transactions and in the issuance of over $5.0 billion of debt and equity capital.
   
Prior to the merger of Piper Jaffray and Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P., he was an associate in the investment banking group at Sandler O’Neill.

Plantemoli holds a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
