Jon Marlapudi
Debt Capital Markets
Jonathan Marlapudi is a director in the debt capital markets group of Piper Sander. He is responsible for advising on debt capital markets transactions and executing financings across all debt products, including bank debt, subordinated debt and mezzanine debt.
Marlapudi joined Piper Sandler from Bank of America Merril Lynch, where he worked on underwriting and managing a portfolio of credit investments to corporate clients in the energy space. Prior to Bank of America, Marlapudi held various roles at Wells Fargo, where he worked as a generalist, underwriting, structuring and managing a portfolio of credit investments to middle market companies.
Marlapudi earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Rosemont College.
