J.P. Graveline

J.P. Graveline is a director in the healthcare investment banking group at Piper Sandler with significant experience advising medical technology companies. Graveline works with clients across a full range of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side M&A for private and public companies, corporate divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs, follow-ons, strategic advisory, private debt & equity placement and convertible debt financing.

Graveline’s prior experience includes three years at Castlelake L.P., a global alternative investment firm, where he focused on private market investments in real estate and asset-backed loans.

Graveline holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with specializations in finance, real estate and economics.
