Keith Schellhorn

Keith Schellhorn is a managing director on the Piper Sandler technology investment banking team. Schellhorn is based in the Charlotte office and focuses on providing merger & acquisition, corporate finance and capital solutions in the application software, artificial intelligence and enterprise technology and data sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, Schellhorn served most recently as a managing director in technology investment banking at Jefferies and before then, he served as a vice president at Wells Fargo Securities. Schellhorn began his career at Lockheed Martin.

Schellhorn earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
