Michael Marting

Michael Marting is a director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler. His responsibilities include providing financial advice to depository institutions, including advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital issuances and other strategic initiatives.

He has provided investment banking advice exclusively to financial institutions for over a decade. Previously, he was an associate in the investment banking group at Stephens Inc. Prior to Stephens, he worked at Boenning & Scattergood, a regional investment bank.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Kenyon College, where he graduated cum laude.
