Neil Riley

Neil Riley is global head of equity syndicate at Piper Sandler and a voting member of the firm’s capital commitment committee. His responsibilities include advising corporate clients through the capital raising process and managing the marketing, pricing, and institutional and retail distribution for new issue offerings. Riley previously focused on healthcare equity origination, having completed more than 100 bookrun transactions in for Piper Sandler, and began his career at the firm in 2000.
Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Riley was with KPMG LLP in both the assurance and corporate advisory practices.
Riley earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and is a Certified Public Accountant.
