Paul Gramieri

Paul Gramieri is a director in the insurance investment banking group at Piper Sandler. He is responsible for executing merger and acquisition and capital raising transactions for public and private companies in the insurance industry. Gramieri has executed transactions with retail and wholesale insurance brokers, managing general agents, P&C and life insurance carriers, claims services companies, auto warranty administrators and other insurance services companies.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Gramieri was an investment banker at Stifel.

Gramieri graduated cum laude from Amherst College with a bachelor's degree in mathematics. He serves on the board of directors of the United Children’s Music Project, a non-profit organization that provides access to affordable, high-quality music education to children in Hudson County, New Jersey.
