Robyn Moore

Robyn Moore is a managing director and leader of the Colorado public finance group at Piper Sandler. Over a career spanning three decades, she has extensive experience serving as an underwriter and financial advisor for state and local governments, water and sanitation utilities, transportation districts, airports, public power agencies, nonprofit agencies and tax-increment finance districts.

Before joining Piper Sandler, Moore co-led the Colorado public finance office at Stifel. Before Stifel’s acquisition of George K. Baum & Co., she served as a senior banker and group leader at the firm. Earlier in her career, she worked in the finance department and city manager’s office for the cities of Des Moines and West Des Moines, Iowa, followed by several years in Bank of America’s municipal lease finance group.

Moore holds a master's degree in public administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Outside her professional roles, she is actively involved with various community boards and organizations.
