Todd Goffoy

Todd Goffoy is a managing director in the public finance investment banking group at Piper Sandler. Goffoy has been with Piper Sandler since 1992 and currently focuses his public finance efforts on Missouri municipalities, school districts, counties and water districts.

Prior to joining the firm, Goffoy served as finance director for a suburban municipality for four years. He has been involved in local government finance since 1986.

Goffoy is very active in his community having served on numerous boards and committees in various leadership roles, including the Belton-Raymore Rotary Club, Cass County Corporation of Economic Development, Belton Educational Foundation and Belton Strategic Planning Committee.

He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Rockhurst College and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southwest Missouri State University.
