Todd Haines

Todd Haines is a managing director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler.

Haines is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Memphis Office. Haines oversees the additional phases of restructures and finalization for portfolio securitizations or whole loan sales. He also negotiates contracts for securitizations and whole loan sales.

Haines joined Sandler O’Neill Mortgage Finance in 1990. In his previous role as managing director of portfolio analytics, Haines was responsible for managing daily operations and priorities of the department and assisted in additional phases of restructures and finalization for portfolio securitization or whole loan sales. He also assisted in contract negotiations for securitization and whole loan sales and performed market valuations for whole loan and mortgage servicing portfolios.

As a contract underwriter exclusively for Sandler O’Neill, Haines performed loan analysis and securitizations as well as analyzed, marketed and delivered mortgage loan portfolios via MORNET, MIDANET and other electronic media.

Haines received his bachelor’s degree in business administration - finance from Auburn University. Haines is a NASD Series 24, 7 and Series 63 registered representative.
