Tom Yorke is a director and member of the technology investment banking group at Piper Sandler, based in Boston, Massachusetts. He is an investment banking advisor to industrial software and technology companies, helping clients navigate sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, capital raises, private placements and equity capital markets offerings. Yorke works with both founder-led and institutionally backed companies, including those supported by private equity and venture capital sponsors.

Yorke specializes in advising industrial software and technology companies serving the construction, manufacturing, field service and asset management end markets, with deep domain expertise in construction technology (ConTech) in particular. He is part of a team that has built one of the most active investment banking practices focused on architecture, engineering, construction and operations (AECO) software and technology companies seeking to sell or raise capital, with a strong track record of completed transactions across the built environment. His clients include SaaS, AI, tech-enabled services and hardware-enabled software companies serving the broader AECO ecosystem.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler in 2021, Yorke held technology investment banking roles at Deutsche Bank, TM Capital and KeyBanc Capital Markets, giving him over a decade of experience advising technology companies on strategic transactions.

Yorke earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Boston College.
