Zixuan (“Victor”) Zhao is a director in the Piper Sandler restructuring group.
Prior to Piper Sandler, Zhao was one of the founding team members of TRS Advisors. Prior to that, he was in the restructuring group of Rothschild & Co.
Zhao holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics and the College of Social Studies from Wesleyan University. He currently serves as co-chair of the NextGen NYC Committee of Tina’s Wish, a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding innovative scientific research for the prevention and early detection of ovarian cancer.
