Victoria Beard Queen

With more than 19 years of marketing experience, Victoria Beard Queen joined the energy, power & infrastructure group at Piper Sandler in 2017 and serves as a managing director, business development and marketing, for the group.

Prior to joining the firm, Beard held several marketing positions within PwC and Norton Rose Fulbright. She serves on the board of directors at the Pursuit Center and is a member of the Junior League of Houston.

Beard is an active member of the Energy Workforce & Technology Council which represents more than 600 member companies in energy services, supply, manufacturing and drilling, and focuses on enabling members to safely, profitably and sustainably produce the energy needed to meet rising demand around the world. Beard has served on its engagement committee since 2017. In 2018, Beard joined the Piper Sandler Foundation board of directors, operating the firm's community charitable giving programs. She is also a member of the Piper Sandler employee engagement committee. In 2022, Beard was named "M&A Business Development Professional to Watch" by the Association for Corporate Growth. In 2023, she joined the Association for Corporate Growth Houston Women’s Forum committee.

Beginning in July of 2025, Beard joined the Oilfield 360 podcast as co-host delivering comprehensive insights into the oil and gas sector through engaging conversations with executives, innovators and thought leaders.

Beard is a native Houstonian and earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from Louisiana State University.
