Vini Phillips

Vini Phillips is a director in the Piper Sandler healthcare investment banking group with significant experience advising medical technology companies on M&A and equity transactions. Phillips works with clients across a full range of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side M&A for private and public companies, corporate divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs, follow-ons, strategic advisory, private debt & equity placement and convertible debt financing.

Phillips joined Piper Sandler from Wells Fargo’s energy group where he focused on investment grade credit opportunities in the power and utilities sector.

Phillips graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor’s degree in business law.
