Community Leadership
Cultivating lasting connections in our communities
Community giving has always been integral to the values and guiding principles of Piper Sandler. We offer both employee giving programs and funding to non profit organizations to make a positive impact on the communities where and we live and work.
Providing Funds to Nonprofit Organizations
Piper Sandler provides corporate funding to nonprofits that are aligned with our focus area:
- Increasing education opportunities for individuals from under-resourced communities.
As evidence of our commitment, Piper Sandler contributes a consistent significant percentage of its pre tax earnings to the community as part of the Minnesota Keystone Program, a voluntary initiative promoting corporate support for communities founded more than 40 years ago.
Our annual grant application process is by invitation only beginning in July. Invitees will receive a letter from Piper Sandler with details about the application review and funding schedule. Read our funding guidelines.
Employee Giving Programs
In addition to our corporate giving, we offer multiple employee programs to encourage, enhance and support employee donations and volunteerism. Learn more about how our employees choose to contribute their time and resources in 2024 below.
