Proceeds of the $15,000,000 Loan were used to finance the acquisition and construction of a two-story multi-purpose building at 2415-2560 West 54th Street, Los Angeles, CA, finance the acquisition and construction of a facility located at 9701 South Main Street, Los Angeles and pay costs of issuance associated with this transaction.
About Alliance College-Ready Public Schools
Alliance College-Ready Public Schools is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation with over 30 years of history pursuing education excellence for all public school students in Los Angeles. Alliance opened its first charter high school, Alliance Gertz-Ressler High School in 2004. Alliance evolved into a nonprofit charter management organization working to create a network of small, high performing public charter schools serving grades 6-12 in some of the neediest areas of Los Angeles. Today, Alliance provides administrative services to 23 high-performing public charter schools with approximately 12,300 students all located within the boundaries of LAUSD.
