About Great Oaks Academy
Great Oaks Academy launched its inaugural year as a classical education school in 2020 serving 74 students (K-3) in a leased space of five classrooms at Bethel's Rock Church in Farmington, MN. In 2022 Great Oaks relocated to a property specifically built out to meet its needs in Farmington, MN. As a result of tremendous acceptance of the school, a search for a second campus site began. The result was the identification of the 16-acre property in Eagan, MN. In this location, students will receive a classical education with ample space for academics, arts, music, theater and languages surrounded by fields, woods and a pond that allow for the study of and recreation in nature. Great Oaks Academy will grow over the next years to a K-12 school serving nearly 1,300 students in the Minneapolis south metro area.
