Piper Sandler served as placement agent on Reedsburg Area Medical Center’s Series 2024 Bonds.

• The proceeds of the financing will be used to construct a new Rural Health Clinic building adjacent to the existing hospital, replacing an aging clinic as well as refunding previous capital expenditures.
• Once open, the new location will help Reedsburg Area Medical Center to efficiently meet the healthcare needs of the growing service area, recruiting providers and expanding primary care, women’s health, imaging, pharmacy, and labs.
• The new clinic will allow the organization to expand its behavioral health services to meet this critical need throughout its service area.
• Piper Sandler worked with Reedsburg Area Medical Center to put together an RFP to solicit proposals from over 50 banks.
• Through Piper Sandler’s private placement platform, Reedsburg Area Medical Center secured competing bids from a number of prospective lenders and was able to lock in a fixed interest rate for 10 years.
