Bradley Wirt

Bradley Wirt joined Piper Sandler in 1996. As part of the senior living group at Piper Sandler, Wirt’s focus is in the area of senior living finance, including independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities for nonprofit and for-profit clients. He has expertise in affordable multifamily housing projects financed with private activity bonds and low-income housing tax credits. Wirt’s resume includes financing various projects using taxable and tax-exempt loan placements, long-term nonrated bonds and a variety of credit enhancement sources, such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD and bank letters of credit. He has 35 years of experience in senior living, housing and real estate finance.

Wirt holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University.
