Wei Min Li, CMT

Wei Min Li is a director in the financial strategies group at Piper Sandler. Li concentrates on proprietary analytic tools development, quantitative modeling in fixed income securities, advanced data science modeling and database management for fixed income services. He has extensive experience in database computation and solid knowledge in various advanced programming languages. Li also assists with report production and technical market analysis for the group.

Li graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in data science with specialization in artificial intelligence at Northwestern University. Li holds the Chartered Market Technician designation and is an active member of the Market Technician Association. He is also a registered representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
