Transaction Summary
On March 16, 2026, WisdomTree, Inc. (NYSE: WT) (“WisdomTree”) announced a definitive agreement to acquire Atlantic House Holdings Limited ("Atlantic House"). The purchase price is £150M (approximately $200M), payable at closing, and the transaction is expected to close in Q2 2026. Following closing, Atlantic House’s investment team will continue to manage existing strategies while working with WisdomTree to expand capabilities across ETF and model portfolio platforms.
