Piper Sandler served as sole manager on Whitman County Public Hospital District No. 1-A (Pullman Regional Hospital), Washington’s Series 2023 UTGO Bonds.
- Proceeds from the sale of the bonds will be used to construct a 41,500 square foot addition to inpatient and outpatient medical facilities on the campus of Pullman Regional Hospital.
- Construction of the project is expected to start in June 2024 and finish in September 2025.
- Piper Sandler guided the District through its first rating process since 2017 and helped Pullman achieve an “A1” rating on the transaction.
- 35 investors participated in the pricing which led to a lowering of yields on the 30-year financing.
- Piper Sandler has partnered with Pullman on two financings since 2018.
